A little about Daniel, from a young age he was often cooking and baking with his mother and grew a huge love for the craft. In 2007 he attended a Culinary school specifically for pastries/baking to get a degree and love for the pastry craft. He owned his own small baking business for 7 years before selling it to come join our lovely company as a comptroller. His personal favorite pastry to make and enjoy are chocolate confections specifically in a bon-bon style. He especially enjoys passing down his knowledge with his two boys Teddy and Daniel on all involved with baking and cooking!
