GREELEY, CO (July 28, 2022) – During the month of August, Weld County Garage, as part of its Cornerstone of the Community initiative, will be donating portions of its profits to benefit local nonprofits.
Weld County Garage customers can pick the nonprofit of their choice. Organizations include the United Way, Young Life, the American Cancer Society, Frontier House, the Success Foundation, and Hope 4 Tomorrow.
As part of the Yoder Family of Companies, the Weld County Garage has been a proud part of the Northern Colorado community for over 100 years.
“As a faith-based and family-centric company, we donate generously to local nonprofits who are doing great things for our community,” said Ryan Green, marketing director for the Yoder Family of Companies. “In 2021 our financial gifts totaled over $219,000 and in 2022 we are on track to give over $250,000.
“Everyone at Weld County Garage, and everyone that is part of the Yoder Family of Companies, cares deeply about our local community,” he added. “We always want to go above and beyond what’s expected of us to help make our community a better place.”
Earlier this year, the team participated in the building of a single-family home for Habitat for Humanity in Evans, Colorado.
