The mission of the Care Team is to come alongside our employees to help provide specific programs for the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of our employees, their families, and the community.
VISION:
To help our employees grow; spiritually, intellectually, physically, and emotionally.
PURPOSE:
To help provide a Caring Company Culture that aligns with our core values while honoring God and our employees.
Members of the Care Team do rotate annually, so everyone gives a warm welcome to your Care Team members!
